Hi, I'm Thomas,
a guy from Dresden in Germany. I like to wrap my mind around product quality not just during work, but in my everyday life. When it comes to my understanding of product quality I really like to quote Henry John Heinz, who once said:
"Quality is to a product
what character is to a man."
In my understanding, quality is more than making a good product. Quality is about having the customer in your mind right from the beginning.
